Berberine and Grapefruit Seed is a broad spectrum herbal formula with standardised extracts of berberine and grapefruit seed. The herbs in this formula have traditionally been used to help maintain a balance of micro-flora in the gastrointestinal tract.

- Grapefruit seed extract is a substance derived from the seeds, membranes and the pulp of grapefruit. It is used to support microbial balance in the body.
- Garlic has been used traditionally for centuries. It may contribute to the maintenance of the microbial balance in the gut. It may also help defend against harmful microorganisms such as bacteria and fungi, and it may support the immune system.
- Goldenseal has been traditionally used to contribute to the natural defences of the body.

Take 2-4 capsules three times daily, or as directed.
Alternatively follow this commonly used programme:
Month 1: 2-4 capsules, three times daily, every other day.
Month 2: 2-4 capsules, three times daily, twice a week.
Month 3: 2-4 capsules three times daily, once a week.
