RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a supplement return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You may cancel your order at any time before a sample collection kit has been despatched to you and receive a full refund.
Once your testing kit has been despatched, you have up to 30 days to cancel the order, and a £25 handling charge will be deducted from your test charge. This will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you.
You must return the testing kit if we have sent one to you unopened and unused to the address agreed at your cost. Please contact us at hello@nutripharmdirect.com to confirm the return address.
- We will deduct the cost of any postage fees we incur from the refund should you not cover the cost yourself.

You have already sent your sample to the laboratory for analysis;
The 30-day cancellation period has expired.
If you wish to change the name of the person the test is for an administration charge of £30.00 will be made. Please email hello@nutripharmdirect.com with your original test order number within 7 days of purchase to advise any change of details.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@nutripharmdirect.com and we will advise on how to return to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
For any item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
